Charter

The COLC is guided by its Charter which includes, among other things, Responsibilities; Structure; Executive and Administrative Manager Duties; and Member Requirements.

The COLC consists of three levels of operation – Executive; General Membership; and Working Groups. One main role of the COLC is to collect and analyze crude oil and condensate receipt and disposition statistics in order to identify problems, recommend solutions, and assist in cooperative industry solutions.
